Vacuum Sealing Boxes
ALL CALIBERS AND CUSTOM SIZES AVAILABLE
Vacuum Sealing is above and beyond the BEST way to ensure long term storage of ammunition. This is the biggest reason why Soviet Ammunition 60 years old is still shootable today.
I have been Vacuum Sealing Ammunition for years, but was always limited by the high profile design of the boxes that are available. So the cartridges either had to be loose packed in a vacuum pouch, highly disorganized with pressure put on the seated bullet, or packaged in the standard Ammunition Boxes, with a profile that does not allow for any type of space effective storage in either an Ammunition Box or Wooden Ammunition Crate. Furthermore, the thin boxes crushed under vacuum. So, I designed these for my own use, but then realized that others must be having the same problem.
These are thick cardboard boxes, designed for Vacuum Sealing ammunition. They are low profile, lie flat and follow the contour of a standard 11” wide Vacuum Sealing Pouch without puncturing it, but are strong enough to not crush under vacuum.
This system is also indispensable for camping and hunting trips as the sealed boxes can easily be slid into a backpack or even a rifle case so your ammunition doesn't absorb moisture on your trek and is safely protected for the inevitable rain storm (or fall in the Creek).
These Ammunition Boxes are custom made for each Caliber and will lie in a flat row inside of a Vacuum Sealing Bag so they can be stacked in your Ammunition Can or Crate.
They are CNC cut from thick 22 Point cardboard here in South Dakota, USA. There is something about partnering with a communist regime to manufacture a product to protect the equipment we would use to throw off such a regime. But that's just me.
This CNC process is more expensive to produce, and these must be made individually and by hand, but it is vastly superior to the standard Die Cut, thin Cardstock boxes that we have come to accept.
All boxes are Custom Made, but do include shims to make sure the Ammunition doesn't rattle, if the Overall Length is non-standard by SAAMI Standards. There are NO chemicals to touch the ammunition. All interior printing is CNC written in pencil instead of ink for this reason.
There are also no "Brand Names" or other information on these boxes, in order to make them yours, perfect for Reloaders and Custom Manufacturers who wish to sell their work.
In our current environment, ammunition has become almost priceless. During the Covid Ammunition Shortage, I paid $125 for a 50 rd. box of .380 ACP. I still feel sick about this, but when you need it, you need it. Take the best care of your ammunition possible.
